Once a subscription or service has been purchased through IMPOS, cancellations may not always be possible. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

2. Refunds

Refunds are processed only under exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate payments or technical issues. Refund approval is at the sole discretion of BitsyteTech.

3. Non-Refundable Services

All digital products, software licenses, and subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
